Anca-Mihaela Coman is the founder and the holder of the “Anca-Mihalea Coman” Law Office.
She is a graduate of the Bucharest University Law Faculty and has been a member of the Argeș Bar Association since 1986.
She is a legal adviser for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arges.
Anca Coman's expertise covers a wide variety of legal areas. She focuses primarily on Dispute Resolution, successfully assisting clients in litigations regarding Real Estate, Administrative and Family Law.
She currently advises private and public companies on civil, commercial and administrative matters and also collaborates in commercial consultancy projects and in the negotiation of commercial contracts.

Miruna Ștefana Nițu
Associate lawyer
Miruna graduated in 2018 from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2019.
She has over six years of experience in legal practice, gained both within prestigious law firms and through independent practice, covering diverse areas such as commercial law, administrative and tax litigation, energy law, technology law, and consumer protection.
Miruna’s professional activity includes assisting and representing clients in civil and commercial disputes, drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as providing legal advice in civil and commercial law matters.
