Anca-Mihaela Coman is the founder and the holder of the “Anca-Mihalea Coman” Law Office.
She is a graduate of the Bucharest University Law Faculty and has been a member of the Argeș Bar Association since 1986.
She is a legal adviser for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arges.
Anca Coman's expertise covers a wide variety of legal areas. She focuses primarily on Dispute Resolution, successfully assisting clients in litigations regarding Real Estate, Administrative and Family Law.
She currently advises private and public companies on civil, commercial and administrative matters and also collaborates in commercial consultancy projects and in the negotiation of commercial contracts.

Ruxandra Coman
Associate lawyer
Ruxandra Coman graduated from the Law Faculty of Bucharest University in 2012. She is also the holder of a master's degree in Private Law from the same University.
Ruxandra has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2012.
Before joining our Law Office in 2015, Ruxandra worked as a junior lawyer with Stoica & Asociații where she assisted clients with various intellectual property and civil projects.
Ruxandra’s areas of expertise are primarily Administrative Law and Commercial Law. She also has significant experience with regulatory and compliance aspects of Romanian law in a number of fields of specialisation, including tax law and consumer protection.
She has represented clients in Romanian courts across real estate, administrative and consumer protection litigations.
